What To Expect At Our Monthly Support Group Meetings
Our monthly support groups for parents, family members, friends, allies, and LGBTQ+ people, are the foundation of the work we do in our community.
During the first hour, we typically have a speaker or a panel about a subject that affects our LGBTQ+ community, with time at the end of each presentation where questions are welcomed. In November, we run a Trans 101 informational program during this time.
During the second hour, we share our stories and give the gift of support to each other. Come with your questions: they are welcomed here. Come with your answers, with your story: someone else needs to hear it.
You do not need to be a member to attend, and there is no cost to attend.
